Lace Cardi
I love knitting lace but sometimes we just need to knit something practical. How about this lace cardi from Red Heart?
Nice three quarter sleeves, button closure across the bust line so the sweater hangs neatly and a simple lace design on the body of the sweater.
The directions suggest using Shimmer. Red Heart Shimmer combines beautiful rich solid shades with a matching thread of metallic to give it just a hint of sparkle. It is a size 4-medium weight acrylic yarn and is machine wash and dryable! I have made a few doggie sweaters with this yarn and it works up nicely and is very soft.
Here are some more projects made with Shimmer.
